Return and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Vastra Haveli

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective Item Received – If the product is defective, please attach relevant pictures in your email request.

  • Wrong Size Delivered – If you receive a size different from what you ordered.

Return Request Process:

  • All valid return requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@vastrahaveli.com with your order details and relevant images (if applicable).

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and it should be in its original packaging.

Store Credit & Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).

  • Store credit will be provided within 2-3 working days after we receive the returned product.

  • We do not have a return pickup service, so the return shipment must be arranged by the customer.

  • A maximum courier refund of ₹150/- will be provided for exchanges, subject to a valid courier receipt.

Non-Returnable & Exchange Policy:

  • Minor damages like loose tassels, minor thread pulls, etc., caused during transit are not covered under the return/exchange policy.

  • Color variations (10%-12%) due to screen resolution differences will not be considered for exchanges.

  • Sale items, discounted products, or purchases using coupon codes are not eligible for exchange or returns.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or size exchanges.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason other than those stated above.
