We offer FREE domestic shipping across India.
In case of returns, the customer will need to bear the to and fro shipping cost.

Order Processing & Delivery Time:

Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 working days.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 days (after dispatch).
If your order is urgent, please contact us, and we will try to process it on priority.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
You can track your shipment 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Guidelines:

Deliveries take 3-12 business days, excluding payment verification and administrative processes.
All shipments are traceable and insured.
A signature is required upon delivery.
If no one is available at the address, re-delivery will be attempted one more time. The courier company will contact you for a suitable time.
Once shipped, tracking must be followed up with the courier company. We can assist with order status updates.

Cancellation Policy

If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation by the Customer:

Prepaid orders are NOT eligible for cancellation.

If a prepaid order is approved for cancellation, the refund will be processed only as store credit.
The customer agrees not to dispute the cancellation decision made by Vastra Haveli.
